I was project manager for the first phase, and project designer for this second phase. Many central assumptions had changed from the intial brief, and the challenge was to meet the developer's revised expectations while also creating a cohesive whole.
Although the tenanting philosophy and floor plan was completely different from the first phase, this second phase had to be designed to look like a congruous continuation of the initial development.
